Daily Driven Motorsports is run by me, Chris Becker — a car enthusiast in Ohio who daily drives what he modifies. This site is where I write about cars, builds, and the questions car people actually argue about, and it’s home to a free parts search tool that covers 400,000+ aftermarket parts across 280+ retailers.
How this started
Like a lot of people my age, it started with an orange MKIV Supra in The Fast and the Furious. After that I was obsessed — I learned everything I could about the car, especially the modifications. That obsession never went away; it just grew up a little. Now it has to share a garage with a commute, a family, and Midwest winters.
That’s the “daily driven” part, and it’s not a limitation — it’s the point. Every opinion on this site comes from cars that have to start on a cold morning and get a kid to school. When I wrote about swapping my manual for an automatic, it wasn’t a thought experiment. My Subaru’s engine died and I lived the decision.
Why the parts tool exists
